2. Information We Collect

When you use GymBase, we may collect the following information:

• Your phone number (used for account authentication)
• Your email address (if provided via social login)
• Your gym profile data (gym name, location)
• Member records you enter into the app (names, phone numbers, membership details)
• Payment metadata (dates, amounts, plan types — no card numbers stored; payments are processed via App Store or RevenueCat)
• Device identifiers for analytics and crash reporting

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain the GymBase service
• Manage your account and authenticate your identity
• Provide customer support
• Send WhatsApp and SMS reminders to members you have added to your gym (on your behalf and with your instruction)
• Verify your App Store or Google Play subscription status

4. How We Share Information

We share your data only with the following service providers, strictly for the purpose of operating GymBase:

• Supabase — database hosting, India region
• App Store / Google Play — subscription billing and verification
• MSG91 / WhatsApp Business API — notification delivery on your behalf

We do not sell your data or your members' data to any third party. We do not share data for advertising purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is hosted in India via Supabase. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We apply access controls to limit who within AuraFarm Technologies can access your data. No payment card numbers are stored on our servers — all billing is handled by the App Store or Google Play platform.

6. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA 2023), India, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request erasure of your personal data
• Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the basis for processing

7. Children

GymBase is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us at dev@aurafarm.tech and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of GymBase after a material change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
