1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GymBase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use GymBase.

GymBase is provided by AuraFarm Technologies, Ward No. 10, Tahsil Road, Kotma, Madhya Pradesh, 484334, India. Contact: dev@aurafarm.tech.

2. Description of Service

GymBase is gym management software designed for gym owners to manage their members, track payments, and send WhatsApp-based communications to their members — all from their phone. The service is intended for individual gym operators managing a single gym location.

3. Subscription and Billing

GymBase Premium is an auto-renewing subscription available in the following plans:

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of your chosen plan.

All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, renewals, and refunds are governed by the respective platform's subscription policies. AuraFarm Technologies does not directly process payments. To cancel your subscription or request a refund, follow the instructions provided by Apple or Google:

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GymBase only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

You are solely responsible for the member data you enter into GymBase. You must obtain the consent of your gym members before adding their contact information and before sending them WhatsApp messages through GymBase on your behalf.

5. User Content and Responsibility

You are the data controller for the member records you enter into GymBase. AuraFarm Technologies acts as a data processor on your behalf. You retain ownership of and responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all data you input.

6. Third-Party Services

GymBase integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its functionality:

AuraFarm Technologies is not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

GymBase — including its software, design, trademarks, and branding — is owned by AuraFarm Technologies. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use AuraFarm Technologies' intellectual property except as strictly necessary to use GymBase for its intended purpose.

You retain full ownership of the member data and gym information you enter into GymBase.

8. Termination

You may cancel your GymBase subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play Store. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

AuraFarm Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to GymBase immediately, without notice, if you materially breach these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

GymBase is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AuraFarm Technologies does not warrant that GymBase will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of GymBase is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of India, AuraFarm Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use GymBase, even if AuraFarm Technologies has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.
